The CISA exam consists of 150 multiple-choice questions with a 4-hour time limit. ISACA reports scores on a 200 to 800 scale, with 450 or higher required to pass. The domain weights are: Information Systems Auditing Process (18%), Governance and Management of IT (18%), Information Systems Acquisition, Development and Implementation (12%), Information Systems Operations and Business Resilience (26%), and Protection of Information Assets (26%). ISACA allows four attempts within a rolling 12-month period.
